Haunted House

It might be scary...it might be a fright...but it's sure to be fun on Halloween night! 

So join us if you dare, for a Halloween scare on Friday, October 26th from 7 - 10 p.m. at the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse for a Fornite themed Haunted House! Entry is only $1 per person - all ages welcome! Bring a friend, bring a neighbor; bring your bravery and your gear!

Memorial Parkway is launching a new committee, "Street Representative Committee" and we need you to make this committee a success!!

What is a "Street Representative"? 
Each Representative would volunteer to communicate issues on behalf of their street in Memorial Parkway, which are then logged and followed up by the office staff, the Board of Directors, and other relevant county agencies. Representatives also voice inquiries and suggestions for community development. It uses the skills and experience of local people to create safer and better neighborhoods

Ladies Game Night

Join us other neighborhood ladies for game night and pot luck. We play Bunco ($13) and LRC ($3). Bring your favorite dish to share. Thursday, October 4th at 6:30pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse.

Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

October Board Meeting

The Board of Directors meets in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. The Board is only required by the State to have ONE meeting per year, but MP has always had monthly meetings so that they can be more accessible to the members that they serve. Our monthly board meeting, will be Tuesday, October 2, 2018. You can find a copy of the agenda here

Highlights from September 4, 2018 Board Meeting• New security cameras were installed at Cimarron Parkway Complex• 16 LED lights are scheduled to be installed at Highland Knolls basketball & tennis courts• HC Pct 3 will be trimming trees that are blocking traffic signs and hitting emergency vehicles in the community• Candidates for the two open Board positions are Charles Herring, Michael Sheiman, and Michael Smyth• The October, 2018-September, 2019 was approved• The 2019 HOA Dues were set at $375• New 3 year electricity contract was approved with Direct Energy at .03749 per kwh

The women's restroom at Highland Knolls has a sewage back up. Today, Thursday, July 26th, the Highland Knolls pool will be closed and the Cimarron Parkway Pool will be OPEN 12pm to 9pm. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Hot Dog Cook Out Pool Side & Movie Night
In honor of National Neighbor's Night Out!! Join us at the Cimarron Parkway Pool for a hot dog cook out and pool side children's movie. Food and drinks will be served starting at 6:30pm and the movie will start at 8pm. The pool will be open until 10pm that night. The PCT 5 Constables will be on hand to mingle with the guest.
