Memorial Parkway HOA will be increasing mosquito fogging to two times a week through October due the increased mosquito population.

Highlights from September 4, 2018 Board Meeting• New security cameras were installed at Cimarron Parkway Complex• 16 LED lights are scheduled to be installed at Highland Knolls basketball & tennis courts• HC Pct 3 will be trimming trees that are blocking traffic signs and hitting emergency vehicles in the community• Candidates for the two open Board positions are Charles Herring, Michael Sheiman, and Michael Smyth• The October, 2018-September, 2019 was approved• The 2019 HOA Dues were set at $375• New 3 year electricity contract was approved with Direct Energy at .03749 per kwh

Cimarron Parkway Pool

Saturday, August 24th 10am-8pm

Join us other neighborhood ladies for game night and pot luck. We play Bunco ($13) and LRC ($3). Bring your favorite dish to share. Thursday, September 6th at 6:30pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse. 

Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

Join us for the monthly Board meeting at the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse, Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7pm. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

The women's restroom at Highland Knolls has a sewage back up. Today, Thursday, July 26th, the Highland Knolls pool will be closed and the Cimarron Parkway Pool will be OPEN 12pm to 9pm. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Hot Dog Cook Out Pool Side & Movie Night
In honor of National Neighbor's Night Out!! Join us at the Cimarron Parkway Pool for a hot dog cook out and pool side children's movie. Food and drinks will be served starting at 6:30pm and the movie will start at 8pm. The pool will be open until 10pm that night. The PCT 5 Constables will be on hand to mingle with the guest. 

The Board of Directors will review and discuss the budget for next year (10/1/18-9/30/19) in an open meeting on Tuesday, July 17th at 7pm in the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse. All homeowners are invited to attend and listen to the meeting.

Cimarron Parkway Pool will be closed today and tomorrow (Wed 27th & Thurs 28th) due to a cracked filter that will have a emergency repair done tomorrow. Highland Knolls Pool will be open 10am to 9pm both days. We appreciate your understanding. 

An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. The 5 Board positions are staggered in rotation meaning every year there is at least one Board position up for re-election. The Board election is held every year in November during the Annual Meeting. For 2019, there will be two Board position open for re-election. If you are interested in running for the Board of Director of Memorial Parkway you must contact the MPCA Office and let them know your intentions to run by August 20, 2018.
