2019 HOA Assessment

A statement along with the annual letter was mailed out to all homeowners October 10, 2018. If you did not receive a letter in the mail, please contact the office immediately. We are happy to announce that the 2019 HOA Dues will remain the same as last year. The 2019 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2019. Any account not paid before January 31, 2019 will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1^st and a finance charge of 10% per month.

Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments (November-$125 down payment, December-$125, and January-$125). You may get on a payment plan in the month of October and have your payments broken into four (4) months. You must come into the office prior to December 20, 2018 to get on a payment plan at no charge. After December 20^th, there is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan.
