The Board of Directors meets in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. Our monthly board meeting, will be Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
The upcoming Board election voting will take place the month of October. Each nominee running for the Board of Directors will be given 5 minutes to introduce themselves. If you would like to know more information about the nominees we encourage you to attend the meeting to get to know your neighbors running for the Board election.
Your Memorial Parkway Community needs YOU! We need volunteers to offer their talents in a variety of roles to help support our HOA functions and activities. If you value the events and services that our HOA offers, please consider volunteering so that we may continue to serve our great community! We are looking for volunteers for the Grounds, Recreation, Facilities, Architectural Control and Security committees. If you would like to volunteer, please come to our meeting on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse to learn more about the needs of these committees.
Call for Candidates for the 2023 Memorial Parkway Board of Directors Election!
An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. The 5 Board positions are staggered in rotation meaning every year there is at least one Board position up for re-election.
An election will be held at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 for two (2) positions available on the Board of Directors starting January 1, 2023. Each person elected to fill the two (2) board positions will serve for a term of three (3) year.
If you would like to have your name included on the proxy/directed ballot that will be mailed and emailed to all members prior to the meeting, please notify the MPCA office, in writing no later than 5:00pm on September 30, 2022 by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting: however, a person nominated from the floor at the meeting must be present at the meeting and confirm his/her desire to be a candidate for election to the Board (although your name will not be on the proxy/directed ballot mailed to all homeowners in October).

All ages classic virtual reality and board/card game night Friday, August 26th from 7pm to 10pm. Eight controllers, two Nintendo Wii's, several 4-player-per-console motion sports games plus Mario Kart, countless board/card games (or bring your own), one crazy fun highly spontaneous opportunity to bring our families together. The Wii is a classic, uniquely social gaming system that, even compared to modern game consoles, allows for especially multiplayer interactive athletic gameplay without the risks and fatigue of sports in real life so anyone nearly any age and/or ability level can play them in full. No getting left on the sidelines, be prepared to experience the somehow great indoors with full-body movement virtual ping-pong, bowling, sword fighting, baseball, and more. Residents only, please.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the community survey. We truly value the information that you provided. Your responses will aid us in making decisions when allocating resources to improve the community's amenities, events, security, grounds maintenance, and operations. Overall the results in our community were positive. The survey was completed by 432 residents of Memorial Parkway. Continuing to improve our community is important to all of us. The Board of Directors is committed to making Memorial Parkway a great place to live and will use the results to help guide us in future projects. The 2022-2023 Annual Budget Review and Meeting will be Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 7pm in the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

With both sadness and gratitude, we announce that Charles Herring tenured his resignation from the Memorial Parkway Board of Directors. Charles was a valuable member of the Board for 16 years. We are grateful for his many years of dedication and countless volunteer hours given to our community. Thank you!
The Board has appointed Tiffan Wong to full fill the remainder of Charles Herring’s term through 2024. Tiffan has lived in the community since 2012 and we are excited to have her join the Board of Directors.
Guest speaker, Captain Mitch Hutter from Harris County Pct 5 Constables Office, attended the meeting and gave a brief overview of services offered and operations of the Memorial Parkway Constable Contract.
The Board approved the updated Collection Policy with a minor change of 30 days to 45 days’ notice prior to turning a delinquent account over to a collection agency per Texas State Property Code.
The Security Committee is working with the Constables Office to start a Neighborhood Watch Program. More info to come soon.
