In November, at the Annual Meeting, we will be having our an election for 2 positions on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term beginning January, 2017.  You may vote by proxy before November 9th, 2016 or by ballot at the meeting on November 9, 2016.  A proxy will be included in the annual letter mailed to all homeowners the first week of October.  You may vote online via the online proxy  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HOABoardProxy2017

It’s BINGO time again!  Friday, October 14, 2016 in the MPCA Clubhouse.  Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and Bingo will start at 7pm.  We will play 20 games, which usually takes about 2 hours.  This is an adult only event and space is limited to 50 people per the clubhouse fire code.  Come enjoy an evening with your neighbors! Memorial Parkway Community Association has a job opening for a Deed Restriction Driver. The position requires a person who is capable of driving the neighborhood in their own vehicle and inspecting homes for possible deed restriction violations. The person will log and photograph the violation and turn in the report to the MPCA Office. This position is a part time position usually about 25-30hours every other week.
