Annual Letter & Statement to Members

An account statement along with the Annual letter was mailed out to all homeowners October 11, 2019. If you did not receive a letter in the mail, please contact the office immediately. We are happy to announce that the 2020 HOA Dues will remain the same as last year. The 2020 assessment of $375, is due by January 1, 2020. Any account not paid before January 31, 2020 will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1^st and a finance charge of 10% per month.

   Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments (November-$125 down payment, December-$125, and January-$125). You must come into the office prior to December 20, 2019 to get on a payment plan at no charge. After December 20^th, there is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan.
